The EVOA to Indonesia is an official electronic visa on arrival that the Indonesian government implemented in October 2020.
This decision was aimed at making it easier for a number of international travelers to visit Indonesia and handle the Indonesia EVOA application process. The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the introduction of the eVisa system in Indonesia.
At the moment, eligible travelers can obtain the Indonesian eVisa for the purposes of tourism, transit, business, and leisure.
The Indonesia EVOA holder is entitled to a 60-day stay in Indonesia. What is more, the electronic visa must be used within 3 months from the date of its approval.
All you need to do to apply for the EVOA to Indonesia is to fill out a short online form on the website, upload supporting documents, and cover the processing fee. Once your Bali EVOA is approved, it will be emailed to you.
Please note that your approved Indonesia eVisa will be required to be stamped in your passport after your arrival in Indonesia.
Also, make sure to apply for an EVOA to Indonesia at least 10 business days before the planned trip.
Indonesia eVisa is a one-entry visa that covers the following purposes:
A holder of an Indonesia e-Visa is permitted to enter the country only once and stay there for up to 60 days.
Travelers who plan to visit Indonesia or Bali for purposes not covered by the Indonesian e-Visa, including permanent employment, should contact the nearest Indonesian diplomatic post to obtain a relevant visa or permit. Online application for such visas is not available.
